Barezzito is a fun bar/restaurant if you're in the mood for a loud, but happy and excited, place to spend some time and money. There is a healthy mix of people ranging from early 20's up to people in their 50's. The band is a house band, they always play the same sets from one night to another, but if you're there only once (or twice) the band brings great energy and a lot of fun.The food there is good. Not great, but better than "bar food." If you want to eat then I would suggest getting there early (9-10pm), before the young crowd shows up, the band starts up, the airplanes full of shots and sparklers start flying around, and the cigarettes start getting lit up. You can still order food after all the aforementioned happen, but Barezzito gets very loud and crowded, so it is not the best dining experience the later on it goes in to the night. If you want to eat, get there early, because everyone who shows up from 10:30 on has already eaten somewhere else and they are there to drink and smoke. But that's the heart of Barezzito - drinking, smoking, loud music, and people having a blast. It's only open Thursday through Saturday and everyone there is celebrating the weekend. Yes, the weekend starts on Thursday here in Veracruz. Drink prices are fair. If you're looking to buy a bottle the markup is anywhere from 100%-300% from what you'll pay at the store. Watching the shots come flying around (not really flying, but in an airplane) with the sparklers and the band yelling "shots! shots! shots!" is fun to watch and even more fun to have delivered to your table. Prices to have one land at your table are between coach and business class. Pardon the pun.Bottom line, this is a really fun bar for any age and just about any budget. Not a bad place to eat if you come early and a great place to be if you want to stay out late.
