We stopped in for dinner, and were very pleased with the experience. The facility is clean and well-maintained; with a contemporary Asian inspired decor. We were seated in the "vault"; which though somewhat intimate, was a bit noisy until some other occupants eventually departed. Our server, Susan, was friendly and attentive. The kappa, tempura unagi and avocado unagi rolls were all very tasty; as were the gyoza dumplings. The fried rice was plentiful (definitely enough to share); and some of the best we've had in a long time. We ended with the banana sundae; which was a wonderfully delicious indulgence, ending a truly delicious meal. This restaurant is a solid option, for having a great dining experience.

Tokyo Japanese Cuisine Hibachi Grill Provides Japanese Restaurant, Japanese Cuisine, Sushi, Tempura, Gyoza, Maki And Sushi Roll To The Terre Haute, IN Area.
Probably one of the worst dining experiences I've had in the past several years. Ordered several rolls as appetizer and nabe yaki udon as entree. 40 minutes after arrival our waiter (Kaleb?) checked on us and I asked about the entree. He stated "oh well the kitchen is just really busy." But the entree came with soup and salad which never had been received either- magically, a few minutes later, these appeared. But "the kitchen was still really backed up." Despite the fact that folks at the next table who came in 20 minutes after us already received their entrees. This tells me that our waiter probably forgot to order the entree and then lied to our faces about it. I get it s**t happens and no one's perfect- but come on- don't lie to our faces. Ultimately after another 15 minutes of waiting we just asked for our check (if you screw up, can't the kitchen maybe push out soup in 10 minutes). Surprisingly and insultingly, the missing entree was still on the check. It was removed ultimately but that took another 15 minutes. No apologies- nothing. All-in-all a very disappointing experience. there are at least two other restaurants in the area with good sushi/japanese food- no need to return to Tokyo ever again.

This restaurant had some of the freshest, delicious and best priced Asian food I have ever had. I eat sushi, Chinese and Japanese often and this place really impressed me. Great service and clean too!!The hot and sour soup was so good I had to order one to go! And for $2.50, I should have bought five! Gosh I wish we didnât live over 600 miles away!
