This is my favourite place to come for all you can eat sushi. The service is excellent and the food is delicious and always fresh. If you plan on coming on their busier nights like Friday and Saturday, I would highly recommend making reservations as it is a small restaurant that fills up quickly. I was a bit disappointed with my last visit as the service was quite slow but I will definitely be coming back!

The Niwa Japanese Restaurant has an excellent menu with a variety of different traditional and new taste treat items. The service is excellent and friendly; the food is delicious and high quality. It's a bit pricier than the usual assembly line sushi joints, but we keep returning because we appreciate eating nicely prepared food that tastes great. You get what you pay for, right? My only complaint might be the miso soup: I expect good miso soup to have more soy, green onion and maybe even a mushroom added for flavour and texture. My miso seems to only ever have one or two lonely bits of soy, so is a bit disappointing but the flavour is still good. The Niwa is in a shopping plaza so there is lots of parking and the restaurant itself always has a seat and is never super busy except right at dinnertime when they obviously do a lot of take-out orders. Enjoy!

Very good service and atmosphere also all you can eat is an excellent option. We get a lot of dishes. We like the most of them. Except some spicy ones. Excellent options in the menus for every kind. Plus clean and tidy place. Good for kids.

And that would be sushi for this lovely place. The value for the food never ceases to surprise me. Plenty of green tea and an excellent baked salmon rolls (California with a generous envelope of salmon baked on the outside) were served quickly and for less than 10$

Very extensive menu. Friendly staff and fast service. Great food. It's all you can eat and the weekend price is different than the price during the week. We really enjoyed it.

Located in downtown Oakville this new Japanese restaurant features modern tapas style sushi. I really like the Tuna Tataki but everything on the menu is delicious. Run by a husband and wife team, with personality plus, the ambience here is perfect for almost any outing. We recently celebrated a birthday at Miso and young and old can't wait to return.

The last couple of times weâve been here, the service has been great, very friendly and pleasant; but the food has been inconsistent. We usually order very similar items. One of the more expensive rolls we order came as a very skinny version of its prior self, with less ingredients than mentioned on the menu (missing the avocado). When I mentioned this to the waiter, he checked with the chef, confirmed that the avocado was indeed missing, but explained that the menu just hadnât been updated. If I am going to spend $15 on a maki roll, I would like it to be consistent with the menu, or just charge me less. Donât just explain that there was an error and do nothing.

Loved tge restaurants setting. Brilliant customer service. Price on the higher end but absolutely worth it. Its basically all you can eat but you have to order and they will bring you your items. The lamb chops, chicken lettuce wrap, the fried and sweetnsour fish, crispy garlic calamari and not to mention their salmon skin rolls were just delectable! It was tasty, and all of their dishes had bold flavours. My favorite was their poulet general tao and fried prawns with their sweet honey dip. The beef ribs were ok. Definitely going back to try out their other dishes.

We went there with high hopes based on the ratings here but were kind of disappointed. We had sushi, tempura, teriyaki, all delicious. The portions were small and the prices were high. The atmosphere was lacking. The decor was dated, the whole thing reminded me of an old family restaurant. The service was slow, and inattentive. Our waitress was aloof and impatient. I doubt we will return.
