What a great find! We were greeted and seated very quickly. Our waiter Mark patiently explained the process for selecting our starch option. We have eaten an many Mongolian BBQ restaurants and were familiar with the process but appreciated the explanation nonetheless. The protein options were plentiful and the veggies were very fresh. Our food was fantastic. We did not have sushi but saw some amazing looking sushi being served. We arrived just prior to an onslaught of other customers fresh from the graduation ceremony and the staff here handled the crowd with ease. We were especially impressed with Mark who I could see glancing at our glasses and bowls frequently to see if we needed anything. He also stopped by the table to check on the quality of our meal. I ate here on a Saturday night and sat at the sushi bar. Service was extremely slow, despite the restaurant not being busy. When I entered I stood at the hostess kiosk for 15 minutes while servers filled patrons drinks and a person standing at the cashier counter chatting with another server. Eventually I got tired of waiting to be seated so I just walked up to the bar and sat down. The sushi chef handed me a menu over the bar and someone ran up and brought me water. I ordered seaweed salad, miso soup, salmon sashimi, scallop sushi, squid sushi and two rolls -- a spicy scallop roll and a scallop crunch roll. The seaweed salad was OK but the miso soup was room temperature and appeared to have been the "dregs" because the soup filled only 1/3 of the bowl. The sashimi and sushi were tasty and fresh. The rolls were tasty as well, especially the scallop crunch roll. They apparently also offer Ramen and have habachi tables in the back. I may or may not return the next time I am in Nacogdoches. The food was good but service was clearly lacking.

I used to eat here all the time. The food is affordable even for broke college students. My wife always enjoys her hibachi chicken, vegetables with fried rice. Their rice is soooooooo good and it isn't too dry either. Enjoyed all of the food and the staff are very courteous and hospitable.

As we had never visited this part of Texas we were just taking a chance on this place as it was across the road from our motel. The service was top notch and the buffet was immense and diverse and constantly restocked as required.When it came to pay we were really surprised at the low cost of the meal.We highly recommend this buffet.
