Things to do in Luanda
I must say that this restaurant was a very positive experience compared to a lot of other things in Luanda. I ate there 2 times and both meals very very good. I ate Sushi both times, and eventhough this is something I would normally be sceptical to eating in Africa it was really superb here. Yes it is pricy, but overall a very good experience!

A small restaurant tucked behind the Skyna Hotel. It is popular with office workers for lunch when they serve a comprehensive buffet consisting of Asian (not quite Chinese) and Angolan staples. It´s bit pricey though. Dinner is very quiet. Service has gone down hill of late as the old waiters have left. The Yakitori chcken is great,

It´s a excellent restaurant with a good service and where we can eat sushi. It´s expensive like the most of others in Luanda with this kind of service. has also a private beach. Good for lunch or dinner.

Not the first time i have visited this establishment however it was the first time i had take away. This is a very cosy intimate location nicely decorated with vibrant colours, staff are ok not very alert or attentive but on most occasions sushi is well up to par. On this occasion i decided to order a take away. Calling in the lady whom answered was helpful and assisted in my choice of sushi pack although i thought very expensive was well attended. I was told a 45min wait was expected so i arrived after 30mins expecting to wait 20mins for my food. To my disappointment i was hit with an hour wait and no such explanation to why it was taking so long with not even a hand full of customer dinning. Aware of they laps the chef prompted me he had added a few extra pieces for my inconvenience. Will not be doing take away again, dine in experience much better.
We were taken here by our host who recommended this restaurant. The restaurant has wonderful decor and the night we were there had live music. We sat outside to enjoy the weather.. There was a very good choice including some dishes for vegetarians.. but the food was typically Portuguese leveraging the local fresh food.Like all places in Luanda .. ignore the prices.. just enjoy the food and the locale. Thanks to the people who waited on us, very polite and friendly .. especially the hostess.

Was here the last night of my trip and I think the entire place seems different from my last visit in Jan 15.. But anyhow, it was a good change..Plenty of choices for food and drinks! Food was yummy yummy and the same goes for the drinks!Servers were friendly and service was good! Nothing to 'complain' except probably.. Table feels a little small especially when two men sit next to each other..

We had a business dinner at Cais de Quatro on a Monday night and it was exceptional. The service was on point and the food was excellent. The sushi, fish and steaks were all very good, as was the wine. Itâs a beautifully decorated restaurant with amazing views of the bay. A lovely experience.
