Detesto gli all you can eat fusion.

Another Chinese restaurant improvising Japanese and Italian cuisine.. Three in one, kind of thing, with a looong photographic menu.. Right on the edge of the state highway going south from Milan.. So, not a great start.. We dined here late on a Saturday night and although the place looks newly refurbished and sleek, it was also very busy and very noisy. Food wise I had a go at the Japanese and Chinese dishes. The vegetarian glass noodles hardly had any vegetables in them if not for some almost invisible slices of courgettes.. On one side I can say that they were definitely very light.. But also kind of tasteless and far too plain. The Japanese maki rolls didn't quite conform to the original recipes but they seem an Mediterranean adaptation, more palatable to an Italian taste. Plenty of staff but pretty appalling service, except for what looked to be the manager who was very friendly and making a real effort. I guess that the deal is good for the all you can eat price tag.. But don't expect any finesse! Overall a bit of a pointless melting pot!

Great food, attention to details and composition, excellent quality of the ingredients and stylish location! And a reasonable price all in all... (a selection of nigiri, 5 uramaki rolls, 1 futomaki, service for two persons with welcome sparkling white wine and edamame, water and coffee for â¬70).It is worth to mention the service, very attentive although not intruding, even though at the end the alternation of the waiters has been a little confusing.Anyway, no doubt this is by hand the best Japanese restaurant in Lodi and the surrounding. Go for it with no concerns, won't be disappointed! HAIKU FUSION RESTAURANT

The sushi is good and not very expensive. The right place to have a dinner with friends or with a girl. Also the wine list is pretty wide.

Very good traditional Sushi and a great variety of different new proposal. Absolutely fantastic is the Tiger Roll and my favorite Merluzzo Nero with maracuja sauce. Very nice atmosphere, during the summer the patio is also open and evenings are often animated with live DJ set and party.
