I got the address from the voice search on my Droid. This restaurant APPEARS to be run by former asian students who must have gotten a work Visa or become citizens. It is EXCELLENT!
On a recent day trip to Lawrence, KS we stopped here for a late lunch. The lunch menu was still being served. We enjoyed egg drop/hot & sour soups, green beans with shrimp and cashew chicken - all very tasty and served with tempura vegetables and rice. Very affordable.

My husband absolutely loves the sushi here. Not exactly the most romantic atmosphere but he swears by the sushi (Cowboy roll and Crunchy Munchy). I am not a big sushi eater but they had some other things on the menu which were pretty good for me but it is definitely more for a sushi fan. Very reasonable prices as well. Staff was friendly.

Went here as next to motel & love Japanese food but the food was over cooked & tasted of chemicals. I had teriyaki salmon & it came our as dry as a bone and the shrimps tasted like it had been put in bleach - it was inedible. Told waiter about it & they went to make another salmon for me (didn't even try to replace the shrimp even though I told them about it). Next one was also overcooked but slightly better than the first. I told them this but they made a sarcastic comment asking whether I wanted it raw. I didn't, just wanted it cooked well. Other issues were asking for green tea & getting a cold drink - not too sure what they gave me but I've never had cold green tea in a Japanese restaurant before. Miso soup didn't have the components for it to be a good miso soup (didn't have the tofu, and wakame). Very disappointed as we love Japanese food
