We just happened to visit this restaurant and surprised a good taste. The owner is very kind to share his sushi knowledge. We can have local fish here.

The restaurant is not a fancy place, but it offers a very fresh sushi using local seasonal fish. Two sushi masters (who appeared to be father and son) prepared sushi in front of us. Complementary miso soup using fresh crab tested amazing. We drove from Ito city but found out that It is located in a walking distance from izukogen station.

Great selection, small price, good quality and funny system! You are sitting with a display in front of you. You can either take the food from the roll or order a particular kind of sushi and that's it! Simple also for someone not talking Japanese like us.

The master of this shop has been making sushi for over 30 years. Even Prince Takamado used to eat sushi there. His craftsmanship and care making the sushi is wonderful to behold. My friends and I were SO impressed.

It felt truly authentic Japanese - the chef is just such a great character and so accommodating he will whip you up exactly whats appropriate!Weirdly, i think the best part is that we couldn't speak Japanese and he couldn't speak English - just take a phone with google translate on it if you have any dietary requirements.Go there and enjoy a proper experience of excellent seafood and karaage chicken, along with plenty of laughing and dem good feels...... O-KAY!!!!!

You will find a very cozy restaurant offering a variety of fresh fish but also other Japanese specialities. This is certainly an insider tip in Ito, usually also used by many locals from Ito. Make sure to have a reservation otherwise you can be pretty sure not to get a seat. The prices are very reasonable especially if compared to Tokyo. The staff is very friendly, as long as you are able to communicate with them in Japanese. I didnât try it out but I am quite sure that they donât speak any English at all. Absolutely recommendable.

Some of the best sushi I've had in Japan. The quality of all the fish was great. Usually places have some good and some bad or just ok pieces. This place really impressed me because it was all excellent! Conveyor belt style with a la carte ordering. Didn't speak much English but had an English menu and were very friendly! Reasonably priced, especially for the quality. We paid about $50 for two of us
