Excellent sushi at a really good price-point!!The place was packed with locals and is right outside the Ikebukuro Station ... the fatty tuna platter was great and the price point fantastic at about $20 USD per head.

Itâs a similar setup as Katsumidori Rotating Sushi in Seibu Ikebukuro Main Store. There were many counter seats and also order sheets to be filled in for a special order. So it lacks âpersonalâ communication between the chef and the diners. It would be best to pick what comes around.

First night we wanted to try out Kura Sushi as I was interested in the capsule machine but had to wait for 72 mins so gave up and went back again for lunch the next day. Was there at 11am with no queue. Sushi was is fresh and each plate at 100Â¥. Touchscreen comes with several languages so ordering is not an issue. Great food value for money and the little excitement of being able to win a capsule from the game machine. Will definitely go again.

Corner in an intersection in front of the Onio shrine it went through a ward office street from Shinjuku district, and where I approached a public employment security office street. It's open throughout the year for 24 hours. The best ingredients selected
Love that itâs 24 hours so my boyfriend and I would just pop in whenever we crave for sushi in Tokyo. Standard is definitely on par with some of the good Japanese places around Singapore and the price is affordable as well. That said my local friends told me that this place is overrated but I still like it and the staff are all friendly and nice! P.S. Iâm quite picky with food but will still recommend this place!

Just wandered over here after seeing the ratings on trip advisor. Food was good and the service was good. Lots of food for $9 in Tokyo I will go back. Good place to go if you are by yourself. Not high end but good tasting food

Edo yatai niku sakaba
It's a cool and friendly place in a recently redeveloped block in Otsuka. Each of the restaurants in the block has a different speciality - this is horsemeat and dashi, though there are lots of other tapas-style choices (not being a horsemeat fan, I avoided it and still ate well). The food is tasty, nicely presented and there's a great choice of sake. They have a full and helpful English menu.

Very fresh seafood, authentic sushi rice and friendly staff. The most important thing is to provide the variety of sake and terrific selection æ°é®®ãªéã¨ç¾å°ãªå¯¿å¸ãåéã¿ãããªã¹ã¿ããã大äºãªã®ã¯é ã®åãæããå¹ åºãæé«ãã²æ¥ã¦ãã ãããå¾æã¯ãã¾ããããè ¹ä¸æ¯ãæ¥åºããã ããèª ã«ãããã¨ããããã¾ããã¾ãã®ãæ¥åºããå¾ ã¡ãã¦ããã¾ãã

The four of us ate here on a Monday night. Yes, there was a long line (but that's usually a good sign). Because of the crowd, we were asked if it was OK if we split up to get seated faster, and we agreed. Shortly after eating, however, the hostess moved us so we could be together at the bar, which was very nice. The food was excellent, and the food ordering was a lot of fun -- and the iPad ordering system had an English menu. And most surprising was when our massive stack of plates was totaled at the end, the price ended up being much less than we anticipated.

Places like this are exactly why I'm in Japan. Little 12 person, standing only sushi shop that is absolutely delicious and a great price. They have a laminated picture menu that non-Japanese speakers can use to point and order. You'll wait for a bit, but it's totally worth it! They also have take away sushi you can pick up on your way out of the station.
