A friend recommended wasabi to me a month ago and I'm so glad that he did! The atmosphere is that of a quaint, authentic sushi restaurant. Between my husband and myself we've tried approximately 10 different rolls and loved all of them. This past visit we even enjoyed bringing our own beer, as they're BYOB or wine. Finally, the waitress is incredibly warm and welcoming. Looking forward to our next visit already!

We have been to this restaurant multiple times. We love the HUGE variety. Both carnivores and vegetarians have plenty of options. Pros: the Asian dishes overall are very good. The soups are VERY good (especially the hot and sour). The sushi is good but not great--but hey: this is a buffet! Multiple dessert offerings. Cons: The seafood dishes such as stuffed crab have been very hit and miss: often too chewy or just not tasty in our opinion. More than once we have taken a bite and that is all we want. One exception is the fried shrimp: great when they have it but recent sign said only at dinner (we always go for lunch). :-(Overall we REALLY like this place.

Tastes as good as Sapporo. Extensive sushi options, lots of new combinations I haven't seen before and solid standard rolls too. Excellent presentation. Everything tasted fresh. Attentive servers and very clean restaurant. Price is comparable to Sapporo, Nikki, and Sakura. Can't wait to come back.

We sat in the hibachi section. Our chef put on a great show and had very flavorful, well cooked food. Lately the hibachi places we have gone to haven't been outstanding...all kind of the same thing. This was a nice change and great food. We had great service and a very friendly waiter. They frequently have coupons online, but you have to have them printed out in order to use them. So, definitely think ahead :-)

Been in Hagerstown for over 8-9 years now, can't believe its not listed.
I've eaten at this restaurant many times and it is consistently good. I like ordering Bento box for the variety and value. The Salmon Teriyaki tasted fresh and was perfectly done. Miso soup and ginger salad is included in the Bento. They offer green tea ice cream for desert which is always nice. Our server was efficient and the restaurant looked clean and was very busy.

My husband and I went to House of Kobe for my birthday dinner. We ordered a Spider Roll which was excellent for an appetizer. For dinner, my husband ordered a pork dish and I ordered the Kobe Strip Steak. We also got an order of pork fried rice to share. the waitress delivered his dinner and the rice and stated my steak would be right out. 12 minutes later (I checked my watch), I still didn't have my steak and mentioned to the man who appeared to be the manager that I haven't received it and didn't want it anymore. A few minutes later (15 min since my husband had his meal), he came back to the table to tell me it was ready. I again stated that it had been 15 min and I no longer wanted it. The waitress came by 5 min later and asked if I wanted it. We asked for our bill and it was removed but didn't help in the fact that my birthday dinner was ruined. Any good restaurant knows that you don't wait that long between serving two entrees. There was one other large party of 8 that seemed to get all their entrees at the same time. There was only a few other small occupied tables. Can't blame the restaurant as being swamped.
