Soho is a good option for japanese food. As most Brazilian japanese restaurants, they abuse of cream cheese and other things on the sushis, which is always a problem for me. The service is good and overall quality of food and beverages is also good. Inside, the restaurant ambience is nice and elegant, while the tables outside are terrible because of the noise and traffic of the avenue in front. If they have more of the traditional japanese food would be great.

In addition to the numerous options a la carte service Sheng Chi Restaurant offers daily lunch and dinner a spectacular buffet (self service) hot first-line, various salads and the most complete sushi bench. Live music on Thursdays and Saturdays. Importan
This restaurant near the University of Fortaleza (UNIFOR) is an upscale cafeteria style setup where your plate is weighed after you make your selections. I paid about US $15 for 0.65 Kg of food and a soft drink in a can. Selections were sushi and a mix of Asian and Brazilian hot foods. I found the taste good but not great.

Good sushi should not be hard to find in Fortaleza. Fuji is one of several such restaurants around Praça Portugal. But be very observant of the menu. There are unconventional terms that may be confusing, and if you order sashimi, be aware that you will pay for every single slice, with a minimum of five slices per serving. This can make dining here expensive. There is outdoor seating, but the lighting is so poor you will be thankful you brought a flashlight.

I went to Pulcinella restaurant located on VirgÃlio Tavora Av.. I decided to choose "antipasti by the kilo". The parmegianna eggplant is a good choice. However, please verify the weight of the empty plate in order to avoid surprises. Otherwise you shall pay extra grams for a plate without food. Besides, extra-virgen olive oil looks and tastes like water. There are two TV sets, full volume. Poor service.

Clean decor and magnific food, a modern Japanese cuisine with local ingredients. I ordered a main course, but could have chosen many small dishes, which would look more like a Jap meal. The main problem is that it is too noisy.

The best "pastel" in Fortaleza. And not only but also with several local specialities. Very good. You should list it
To honor an employee who was leaving us, for special reasons, we met at the Dom Pastel restaurant for lunch on Saturday two weeks ago. I already knew the Coco Bambu Restaurant from the same chain of restaurants and had delighted myself with the excellent food served there. Thus, the Restaurant Dom Pastel Costa Barros was a pleasant surprise. Air conditioning, live music, generous portions and great flavor. Various options, which can serve up to 4 people. Agile service. Anyway, a good option for a tasty and affordable meal. I recommend.
