Location essenziale, personale disponibile anche nel suggerire il menù e gli accostamenti. Cibo curato nella manifattura e nella presentazione. Sublimi i ravioli e il sushi. Per completare innovativo il gelato al tè verde. Digestivo giapponese offerto a fine pasto. Da ritornare sicuramente oppure da ordinare e gustare in casa.

My dinner in Nishiki has been the last dinner of my lovely holidays in Puglia and I can definitely say that was the best way to end my holidays !!!The venue is new , very tidy and clean inside and outside .The staff was very polite , lovely and helpful ... Gianluca and Davide Have been looking after us since we popped into the restaurant ...They gave us very good suggestions about wines and sushi...Drinks have been served couple of min after we ve ordered them and as soon as our glasses were almost empty a member of the staff was always ready to come and fill them up ...we got all the food very quickly as well and everything was fresh and delicious !We ended our dinner with some ice cream and fresh summer fruits and a fab Amaro offered from the staff !I completely recommend it and I ve booked already a dinner for my next holidays !Well done Nishiki !

Sono stato in diversi ristoranti con cucina Giapponese ma mai al Fujisan. Ho trovato molti punti in comune con altri posti simili, nel tipo di menù, nelle portate e nel servizio in genere. Credo che per fare il salto di qualità dovrebbero differenziare e offrire qualcosa di diverso, magari nella presentazione delle portate o un servizio un poâ più propositivo, magari consigliando abbinamenti, gusti e sapori.
