Find out what Sushi restaurants to try in Carlisle. With a long history dating back to before the American Revolution, it's not a surprise that Carlisle is full of historic treasures, including a church once attended by George Washington and a courthouse damaged by artillery during the Civil War. Despite this impressive heritage, the city is most famous for being Pennsylvania's "automotive capital," hosting ten annual car, truck, and motorcycle shows that are attended by a half a million people each year.

Clean and comfortable restaurant with a selection of Chinese, Thai and some Japanese cuisine, though primarily with a Chinese flavor. Sushi and vegetarian choices are available. Food is freshly prepared to the level of spiciness desired. Service is a little slow ith only two people to help.

Every year for 6 or 7 years we have gone here for dinner. Itâs hard to find somewhere to go to for dinner on Christmas Eve with our family. Most places are closed, understandably. Aya never disappoints. The food is great and the entertainment while preparing the food is superb. Every year our grown kids ask if weâre going there.

I had dinner in this restaurant in July 2018. I arrived for an early dinner, was promptly seated and given a quite long menu with manu things that looked delicious. I ordered a misso soup (very good) and two simple rolls. I hadn`t realized it was half price rolls night, and the server was nice enough to point it out, in case I wanted more elaborate ones. I was happy with my choices though. The rolls came fast, were well made and tasted very good. I was in and out fast, which is what I wanted. I was very happy with the experience.

I visited the Super Buffet a couple of times in the past and was not impressed. My husband has attended office lunch events here and thought it was OK. But a couple of weeks ago I was really in the mood for a "Chinese buffet" and decided to give it another try. So glad I did. My main purpose in going to a buffet rather than a traditional restaurant is because I like small portions of a variety of the offerings. The Super Buffet filled this need perfectly. I tried several of the chicken dish offerings and all were filled with chicken that was flavorful and well-cooked. If you like Bourbon Chicken, you will love the dish here. Broccoli dishes were fresh and flavorful rather than overcooked as well. Both spring rolls and egg rolls were filled nicely and not doughy. The cheese won tons were full and perfectly done. I did not try the fried rice, as I prefer mine without the yellow coloring that I find in several restaurants now. The green beans were a delight as they were crisp and flavorful. Salad ingredients were all fresh. Service was perfectly timed. No intrusions, but ready with more beverages or to remove plates as needed without being asked. I was so impressed that we returned a week later with more family and all agreed that the food was much improved. Every member of our party was able to find multiple dishes, including vegetables and sushi, that fit their tastes perfectly. If you haven't been there in awhile, give it another chance!
