This small Sushi shop delivers a very nice quality Sushi experience.The ingredients are fresh, real Japanese condiments are used and the service is very friendly. The Italian chef certainly does a good job to give you a genuine Sushi experience.I can recommend this little Sushi "Lab" for people visiting Brindisi who are peckish for Sushi.

Booked a table for 2 approximately 1h beforehand, table was dressed and everything seemed to be fine.There were only 3 clients present so the 2 waiters didnât seem to be in a rush. Nevertheless, it took them 15 minutes to get our order.We ordered a cocktail each, which took another 25 minutes to get to the table, and ordered a few appetisers to get things going... It was a mess.... We didnât get 2 out of the 7 plates we ordered and it was not good at all, over cooked meats (mainly chicken) and under seasoned overall.My wife had to use the restroom, from which she had to flee because it was infested with cockroaches.Even though it was quite cheap (with a 20% discount by booking via « The Fork ») I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place!

Abbiamo cenato con la formula all you can eat in questo ristorante cinese di sushi. nonostante il servizio sia molto veloce e i camerieri siano molto cortesi e disponibili non posso dare più di due stelle in quanto la qualità del sushi e più in generale del pesce crudo è veramente scarsa. il tonno aveva un colore tendente al grigio e tutti i tipi di pesce (salmone, tonno, pesce azzurro) erano completamente insapore. tra le altre cose anche il riso non era all'altezza di un buon sushi o era semplicemente stato preparato con troppo anticipo rispetto al momento in cui è stato servito. infine la frittura risultava essere molto oliosa e anch'essa insapore. sicuramente non ci tornerò.
