The foods are nice if we know what to order... but it is a nice hangout place with friends with the games facilities available in the ground floor. The speed of service improved a lot. Love the comfortable restaurant set up in the 1st floor.

One of the best eatery that could won the title of "worse customer service". Upon arrival, waited for 5minutes and nobody came for us. So, we decided to locate a table ourselves. Managed to find the menus that were hidden underneath the table. Had a look and rang for order. Waited for 20minutes until someone came and yell at us saying "COULD YOU JUST WAIT?". Well, not to mention, I could see that the table-ordering-machine never stop ringing. Apparently, these waitresses can't be bothered and turn that machine off. Ordered the food. Took 15 minutes for a not-so-busy restaurant to serve the first dish for me. 2 stars for the sake of the beef that is reasonably tasty.
Not sure about the other two reviewers who gave positive feedback, the food generally tasted bad, 1) rice not marinated 2) sushi with sauces I have never tasted before in other Japanese restaurants 3) rice in sushi still warm 4) rice is mushy I guess that's because they did not cool it down before rolling it But the environment is cozy and staff are very friendly, price for food is similar to low range Japanese food in kl like sakae Conclusion: nothing like Japanese food if you ask me. Food freshness is there but the seasoning skill is bad
