The owners are typical Italians, chatty and friendly. It's a small place, not fancy at all but the snacks are great and also perfect for take away. Please note that it's closed in the afternoon (we went there and were disappointed because tripadvisor didn't offer any info on the opening times). We had the Pantani Rotoli which was good and a vegetarian Piadina (Caveja) which was filled with thinly sliced grilled vegetables but was a bit dry. I was missing a bit of sauce inside but this is my personal preference and might not be norm in Italy. There is an option in the menu to add mayo or hot sauce but I overlooked it. Still, all in all it was a great snack for a fair price.

Walking back after a nice morning in Fish market and St Marks Square - this was a great pitstop. Quick bites- a couple of glasses of prosecco. Counter service only though there are a few tables/chairs. Most people eat at the counter. Small bites of yummy food. the person behind the counter was very quick and extremely efficicient. We had a Crostini, Polpette and the Zucchini flower- all very yummy. Perfect snack for 11am - We were done in 15 mins and back on the road
