Indian food with its vast regional cuisine offers a mesmerising blend of spices and intricate aromas. At Infuse we bring together some of the old favourites and combine some new flavours to tease your palate. Infuse Bistro is your space to socialise over
Had a light lunch today at Infuse. I had a vegan curry bowl, and my son had a wrap. Mine (I chose the lentil one) was really tasty, and my son reported that his wrap was good too. Amazing value at £5 each! The place is smart and service polite and attentive. If I lived in St Albans, I'd definitely go back to Infuse.Dear michael_b_2,Thank you for taking time out to give your feedback and kind appreciation of our food and service. We are glad that you enjoyed your dining experience. We look forward to welcoming you soon again.kind regards, Infuse Management

Stopped here one Sunday afternoon whilst cruising along the canal. Just wanted sandwiches to take away on our boat. Paid £15 for two sandwiches and £3 for two cans of coke! To takeaway!! One of the sandwiches was just plain white bread and slices of bacon. Thought this was very expensive even for 'southern' prices (I'm from the north). The café itself looked clean and attractive. There was a lovely outdoor seating area which I am sure will be perfect in summer. Just remember to arrange an overdraft facility in order to pay for it.
