If you're looking for great value eats without compromising on the taste then the new Chicago Rock Cafe Yeovil will really push your buttons. The newly revamped restaurant offers a tasty range of satisfying morsels, straight from the classic American dine
When I paid for my order with contactless payment the member of bar staff took 3 payments from me. When I soon realised from my bank statement I called up and emailed on several occasions to advise this was not the case and I wanted a refund. The manager of the bar told me he would not be able to do anything due to taxes? And then passed me along to customer services who told me there was no refund available at all without a receipt, to which I was lost for words, why would a buyer request a receipt for something they never bought and didn't know had been stolen from them in the first place. I advised that the member of staff who served me had already confirmed with the manager of Chicago rocks that there was an error with the transaction on the night and I still have received no refund. The bar has all 90s cheese music, the atmosphere is tense and there are regular fights that break out. I would not recommend this place at all! Worst bar service, bad night, not social, a complete dive.
