From the moment we walked in the door we were met with friendly staff. We were shown to a table in the "Forest Room" with views of the gigantic red woods. Menu certainly has something for everyone. Never felt rushed and the timing on meal was perfect. Waiter (Ross) was professional, attentive and friendly, but not hovering. Very unique place and will certainly be back!

Since its opening in 1974, prime steaks and martinis have never gone out of style at this Palo Alto institution. The atmosphere is very clubby with fireplaces, dark wood, sports memorabilia and plush leather booths tucked into the many nooks throughout th
Filet is very tasty and melts in your mouth. Prime rib was tender and flavorful as well. Baked potato was excellent and I mention it because they are usually dry or undercooked at other places. I was not hungry, so I opted for the cheese plate. Having been a meat eater in the past, I can tell that the meat dishes were quite nice looking. However, they were far from what you get in Brazil. Service was attentive, the place inviting. Would I come back? Probably not as it is not the type of food I eat.
