This was our third visit to Estampa Gaucha. In a nutshell: it is still outstanding! Ezequiel, Jair and the entire staff make you feel like a valuable guest, measuring no efforts to ensure you will leave the restaurant not just satisfied, but delighted. The service was perfect, the buffet had options for all tastes and preferences, and the meats... ah, the meats! They were plenty, varied and delicious. The restaurant is very comfortable, well decorated and absolutely clean (what is a must, in my opinion).Once more, I left feeling sad I could not go back very often (about a 3-hour drive from home), but committed to go back as soon as I have an opportunity.I strongly recommend Estampa Gaucha.

We were a party of 10, and this place did not have adequate seating so they separated our party which made it impossible to visit with each other and the whole purpose of this dinner outing was to visit with family we don't see often since we live hours away. It did not make for a pleasant dinner outing! I do not recommend going to this place with a large group!

First up my receipt says 1600 W New Haven so I hope this is the right location? The wife wanted a steak so we ventured for the very first time to Outback, a quasi Aussie feed! The problems were many, firstly we had at least 6 different staff members attend , never 1 server, we had the floor manager & finally , we think, the owner. My meal was fine, actually I loved it! Also the service was extremely slow with so many servers? But , my wife's meal was basted/cooked in pepper to the max, never mentioned in the description or by the server (one of them). Hence , she felt ill fairly quickly and couldn't eat the meal. This is when the comedy started, reported to one staff member, another comes back, then another, the floor manager, then the offer of a new steak !! By this stage my wife was unwell and while hungry couldn't face any food. So I ask for the bill which comes for the entire order even though we sent back the meal. After a bit of a scene the bill was reduced to my meal only but still involved 2 different servers to sort.I actually witnessed several other meals go back, orders missed or mixed up etc etc. This place is going backwards I'm afraid, never again !!!
