We ate here this evening and it was just as excellent as the last time several years ago. The price for the full deal went up to $40.00 each but is well worth it. Great place to eat.

4th time here. Good food, nice place, nice staff. Service below average at best...slow, not good attention to detail...no beverage refills offered. Steak sauces offered for 5 bucks each.... if ordering same one dont order one per person, one serving can cover three steaks.

Charco Broiler provides home-style comfort food in a friendly, unique atmosphere. Since 1957 we have proudly served our community of Fort Collins, Colorado, and the surrounding area. We offer full breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
When I lived there, it was a favorite lunch spot with employees and customers, now when I visit itâs my favorite cozy and friendly dinner house. Itâs a total throwback and feels at times like a warp in time to a simpler (Iâll say it), better time for our country. Cozy high back booths, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive waitstaff, generous pours from the bartenders, and you feel like you walked into a party at some local rancher or farmers house. Itâs like everyone knows each other and are happy to see friends while out on the town for a solid meal. Thereâs nothing fancy or pretentious about the Charco Broiler, but every meal (which is over 40) Iâve had there was exactly as advertised and hit the spot for what I was looking for. Favorites are the Kabobs, Sirloin Tips (their version of a delicious country stroganoff), and a Sirloin thatâs good for two when you double up on sides. The salads are quirkily topped with Corn Chex and the dressings are some of the best around. I literally go there every time I visit and you should to if you enjoy an easy going slice of Americana.

Casual. Family Friendly. Great Private Space available if needed.
We went to a sales pitch and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of food that was served. The waitress or kitchen or both mixed up several orders of steaks and the doneness requested. After being corrected, I happily can say these were the best steaks I have ever had. The prices are high so be prepared for that.
