Of course a steak house should have good steak, but my garlic parmesan encrusted sirloin was beyond excellent. The salads are large and well appointed. The service was also excellent. On a very busy night with graduations and Mother's Day, service was quick and our server was delightful and attentive to the 7 members of our party. I wish I could remember her name to give her the credit she deserved. Travis to be the manager was also most attentive. We had a great meal and wonderful time. I wish we had a Longhorn's back home.
New to this area, we decided to give it a try. I started with seared scallop appetizer, the scallops were cooked perfectly in a light white wine sauce with blistered cherry tomatoes - delish! Next we shared the Caesar salad the dressing was light and flavorful and lots to share. I had the petite filet (8 ounces) Oscar. The filet was cooked exactly medium rare and was excellent, the Oscar had huge chunks of crab and asparagus with a delicate béarnaise sauce and added Yukon gold garlic mashed potatoes to share. We ordered wines by the glass and the had some excellent offering that paired nicely with everything. Iâd say the prices were reasonable for a steakhouse and definitely worthy of a special occasion dinner.

Cheap Charlie's looks much nicer on the inside, and the food is great. Our group tried several of the specials of the day, and they were all very tasty and plentiful. Our waitress was new that day, but handled everything well. The inside looks like it has recently been remodeled, very clean and nice.
