This place has been special to me since I had a milestone birthday there and they went above and beyond to make it special, anytime we are anywhere near we have to go! The food is fabulous and the service is fantastic, patient and always ready with a great recommendation. I highly recommend it, you won't be sorry!

I had 2 really good meals here, but I still can't figure out why steak is soo expensive across California. Everything is expensive but steak & wine (from a wine producing state!) is off the scale cost wise.Still, it was a good steak tho'

The Palms gets a 4*, "very good", from me; not because it is the best steak I've ever had, but for the overall experience.The food IS very good, but it is the experience of cooking your own steak and the chill, laid back atmosphere; the bonhomie of your fellow cookers, etc that make The Palms a special place for me and a place I want to come back to every time I'm in or near Carp.I usually get the Rib eye and it includes a great salad bar. The wings are great as well.
