My children took me here last night for my birthday. We went at 5:30 and it was PACKED. The service was insanely slow...but in all fairness, our server was very nice. The food..eh. Not terrible, but not good either.

Go here all the time with my in laws....always great service...had the chicken appetizers was very good got like 8 of them, sauce was good, everybody loved their meal. Father got steak sliced sandwich, wife got the salmon and loved it, daughter got the filet mignon and liked as well.....Never had a bad meal here...will continue to go

Our waiter, Doug was great. Beers were delightful; a great selection of fresh craft beers. But the food was awful. What was listed on the menu as beef short ribs with duck fat potatoes, arrived as a chunk of tough beef with no rib bones in sight, and bland boiled potatoes. A huge disappointment; never to return. I understand from locals that the chef that created the menu moved to another restaurant. Another qualified replacement that meets his standards is due.Hi Vicky, Thank you so much for dining with us at MTG. We agree that Doug is fantastic and that our beer list is tops. We are so sorry for your experience with the food. We wanted to clarify a few points. The short rib has always been boneless. The potatoes are boiled and then sauteed with duck fat. Chef Sammy created the menu and did not leave. He is a truly fantastic chef, we agree there have been some issues but for the most part, people are very happy and complimentary towards the menu. We are so sorry the food did not meet your expectations but would like to invite you back if you will come. Please advise, thank you and have a great day
