Taberna Seguntina is an excellent choice for people who like to dine well and also enjoy the local cuisine. The service was immaculate, the terrace (daytime only) offered a spectacular view. Thank you to the waiters: Ivan, Jacinto and Tomas for their fine service and introduction into several Orujos (high spirit digestif).

It Is 100 meters from the Parador Nacional, in the heart of Old Town City of Doncel. It is a restaurant with Medieval decoration. We celebrate group meals, business and Family Events. Do not fence the city without going through our restaurant and try our
The place looks a bit old and stuffy, but the food was good.

Very efficient restaurant with excellent home style cooking. Recommended by a local resident of Siguenza and we were not disappointed. Worth a visit. Not a tourist "trap". Wonderful woman running the place, appeared to be run by one family. Good typical Spanish food, reasonably priced. Thanks very much.

Siguenza can fool you sometimes if you are not ready, so be careful. One place that may fool you is El Meson, because their signs are on two of the main streets of the old town. Like most tourists are holiday, we were curious and decided to give it a look. Although it was Holy Week, we still felt like the majority of Spaniards there were from town, which is a good sign.We had a few nice Ribera del Dueros at the bar and then headed into the large, traditional dining room in the lower part of the first floor. The 10 euro daily menu was surprisingly tasty and abundant. We ordered the baked ribs and potato stew and then the grilled lamb with french fries, served with a bottle of the house Ribera, which was more than above average for a young wine. The service was friendly and, more or less, attentive considering that the dining room was full.We went the following night to have a few wines and enjoy the local atmosphere at the bar, which is spacious and full of Seguntinos (people from Siguenza). We look forward to our next visit to enjoy some good wine and see what is on the daily menu this time!
