Three of us for dinner. Two ordered "signature" Prime Rib dinner. Toughest pieces of meat we've ever encountered in a restaurant. No amount of chewing was going make this palatable. I took the prime rib home and salvaged it in a Stroganoff. Other party had shrimp and pasta. I was very good [he said]. Wait staff didn't really care about us, once the meals were served. I could not register my dis-satisfaction with the meat without having to hunt down the manager, whoever that was. Would probably go back for burger, but pass on the prime rib.

We have had excellent food and service, poor service with mediocre food, and everything in between. This past visit our waitress was clearly frazzled and kept mixing up menu items with another restaurant. My meal was good, but others in my party had items that were not cooked as ordered and/or came out cold.
3. Steak & Bake

When we stopped at the outlets in June 2017, Steak and Bake wasno longer in the Food Court. This was my favorite place to grab a quick bite at the Outlets at CastleRock. I will miss this dearly because the had excellant service and cooked to order!
