Boulevard Steakhouse provides a unique style of dining. As well as our ala carte menu, we also offer the sizzling steak menu. The sizzling steak menu provides diners with the experience of being the chef of their own meal, with our experienced chefs prepa
We were very fortunate to be visiting Mildura just after a good friend had suggested we should visit here. First impressions are that it's an oddly shaped eatery with an average fitout, but quite welcoming. The menu has what you'd expect to see in a good steakhouse; plenty of good cuts and variety. I opted for the 450gm rib eye that was simply to die for. It was cooked perfectly and could have been cut with a fork. Vegies were perfect too. My partner opted for the rib special and it was also devine. Service was excellent and the owners make a point of going around to say hi and add a bit of good old fashioned country hospitality. If you're in Mildura and you like good meat then this is as good as it gets anywhere.

Even though the restaurant was pretty empty and no one else came in while we were there, they made a huge deal about us not having a booking and that they were doing us a favour. Seemed weird to me. Apart from that the service was good and meal was good. It really annoys me that they use single use plastic straws when they serve their drinks in perfectly fine glasses. My drink came with two straws which was worse. I tried to talk to them about it and they said they were just doing their job. I would have appreciated that theyâd take to the manager, but that didnât appear to be an option. Back to the food, itâs what Iâd expect from this type of place and was good but not great. We only went there as it was across the road from our accommodation and it had been a long day. When we left it seemed quite expensive for what we got so not sure that Iâd bother with a return visit.

The Spanish Grill is Mildura's only dedicated steakhouse, located in the historic Mildura Grand Hotel. We believe fire in flavour! All our meats are cooked over our red gum and Mallee root grill, giving each premium cut it's unique flavour.
The name of the restaurant is very misleading. It is a steakhouse first and foremost and the Spanish reference is apparently a tilt to some local history - it seems there was a cafe called the Spanish Grill on the site many decades ago. Next to nothing about the place is actually Spanish, with just one entree - Spanish prawns - making any reference to that part of the world. The menu is top heavy with red meat with an emphasis on steak (though it included kangaroo which I did see as a big plus). Not being a big red-meat person I had the fish of the day (snapper), which was excellent, despite some concerns being expressed about the distance from the sea. None of the mains were suitable for vegetarians. That said, we all (six of us) enjoyed our meals, while the ambiance and service were also excellent. Definitely not a cheap night out - the mains started at $36 and most of the steaks were another $10 on that.
At Bullfish Seafood Bar & Grill we believe fresh is best and use only the freshest ingredients sourced both locally and Australia wide. Our selections include wet or dry aged steaks with a choice of grain or grass fed. Our seafood comes fresh daily from t
Although not a Mildura local I do visit the city regularly and stay at the Mercure hotel where Bullfish is located, open to Mercure guests and non guests alike Bullfish offers excellent fine dining dinners at a resonable price for what's on offer.I first had dinner there within about the first 2 weeks of the restaurant opening and although this was probaly a stressfull time the staff whether the more experienced or newly employed were all courteous, friendly and helpful and this was still the same in our later visits months on from opening. Rachael is particularly helpful and takes a keen interest in the menu items so can help with recommendations from the menu.Food is excellent with good sized portions which are neither over generous or miniscule which is great because you can enjoy 3 beautiful courses without feeeling totally stuffed. Large wine list, beers , cocktails and mocktails available. There is a separate bar area at Bullfish if you just want to pull up a chair and enjoy a drink.Bullfish also provides the guest breakfasts for the Mercure hotel which includes a variety of hot dishes made to order (which can mean a bit of a wait) and a basic self service continental breakfast. If you are new to Mildura Bullfish is very easy to get to it's just off Deakin Ave on Eighth Street literally adjacent to the main CBD area were most of the bars, takeaways and restaurants are and it's worth walking an extra few metres to get there.Thank you for the lovely review, we are extremely proud of what the team are able to produce and glad you enjoyed the dining experience!Kind regardsThe Bullfish Team
