Fantastic steaks, big group of 20, wine was great, starters excellent and the mains sublime. It does get busy so be patient on service but well recommended.

if you are in the area, even vilamoura, head over to this steakhouse. sangria is great, service is great and the fernandos steak is the best on the planet. The steak, the best way to describe, is a steak calzone, with cheese and ham in the middle, beautiful!

We visited here for our mums 80th birthday as it was her favourite restaurant when she came to vilamoura a few years back. The new owner offers the same service and exceptional food that we were hoping for. He even took my brother in his car to arrange a cake 20 mins before we arrived due to his dessert chef being ill and unable to work.Delicious food and great service... we was not rushed and was allowed to take our time and enjoy the evening. We will definitely be returning!!Hi thanks very much for your review and welcome always and try my best to make you feel happy again and once again thanks a million

We visited on Friday evening (early), although much of the restaurants tables were reserved we were welcomed with genuine friendliness! A table was found and we were seated, helped with menu choices and ordered. Service was attentive but overly so the food was exceptional beautifully cooked and presented..will definitely come back when in queteria,

First of all... if the restaurant made some tweaks it would be lovely and enjoyable... however... customer service and their actual service skills need to be looked into. Ate here last week... well actually I say ate here... I actually didnât as my meal tasted disgusting. The chicken was inedible and after waiting 40 minutes for it to arrive I couldnât even be bothered asking for a replacement..... not one member of staff came to check if the food was ok... therefore only my partner ate his food and I asked for the bill. On the table next to us.. something similar had happened to an older gentleman. No apology. No nothing. Donât waste your time here. The marina is packed full of lovely restaurants with staff who care about their establishmentI am really sorry to hear that..we allways try our best to please our clients with our food and service..it looks like this time we fail..my apologise and hope to give us another chance in the future to prove we can make much better than that..maybe it was one of those nights..best regards

Have visited here in 2018 and twice in August 2019. Location is good if you want away from the Marina for somewhere a bit quieter. The decor in the resteraunt is really nice and good outdoor seating depending on time of visit.Guacamole to start is a must! It's prepared at your table and ingredients explained to you so you can adjust to your taste.Also recommend the beef fajitas, salmon ceviche and the frozen cocktails are great.Would agree with some, but not all, of the comments regarding staff. Most are lovely and welcoming, but others don't engage much and seem uninterested. In fairness it's on par with a lot of places in busy Vilamoura and has not stopped us returning.

10 of us ate here laste week and it was wthout a doubt the best meal we had during our 8 night stay, between us we had sirloins ,t- bone peppered and a fillet on the stone and they were all excellent, , The staff were helpful, pleasant and also had a good sense of humour.

Having been here a couple of times before, however, tonight was the worst meal weâve ever had! In fact, itâs the worst meal weâve ever had anywhere on the marina so far. Tonight was special, as we had friends with us and we wanted to celebrate, but wish now we had given it a wide berth. The 2 husbands both had steaks, and what arrived, you would have given to a child, size wise. We all ordered hand cut fries, and what we were given looked like very soggy crisps, thatâs the only way to describe them. The 4 of us couldnât think of one good thing to say about this restaurant and we shall definitely never ever visit again. The only thing going for it is the lovely view across the marina.Hello Steph,This comment is related with the Mikeâs comment as well.Itâs very funny your comment indeed.You did a review in 2016 saying âWorst meal on the marina so farâ, In the commentary there is a part saying âWe will never return there againâ.This year you came back and also commented in June saying âExcellent All roundâ, saying that the first time you came in 2016 was very good too (it can only be a joke).And now you said âWorst meal on the Marinaâ, once again.You have to think very well about your comments that isnât fair at all.Regards,Haven Restaurant.

Weâve eaten here 5 times now during our 2 holidays in Vilamoura this year & itâs consistently wonderful food. We wouldnât consider eating steak anywhere else on the Marina & weâre fussy eaters!The service is efficient & friendly. The steaks are tender, tasty & cooked to perfection. A great choice of extras on the menu too.Prices are reasonable & the wines are very good. Highly recommended

For me good food starts with good product . If we have good product perfectly cooked with great service we move towards excellence . I believe this to be Retinto- Rodizio Vilamoura . My wife had a Portuguese Steak which she said was delicious while I had an Argentinian Rump . Superb !!! We were welcomed and waited on by Teima , a lovely girl who was more than helpful . As General MacArthur said " I SHALL RETURN "WOW!!!Thank you very much for your review. ALWAYS WELCOME. Regards
