We were traveling by rental car from Santiago De Compostela to the wine country north ofMadrid and ran across this place. We went in early afternoon and were the only people there. It was extremely clean and well kept. They had an amazing selection of Hams and cheeses. I got the feeling that this place supplies and ton of restaurants with different kinds of cured meats. Gluten Free friendly as I am a celiac and had no issues here. I would go there again if they were closer to a bigger city. I will be checking their website to see where they ship.

After staying in Sanabria for a few days it quickly became clear this is the place where everyone comes. Excellent coffee, attentive staff, the best tortilla we had in all of Spain. Places like this are what make travel so much fun and engaging. Clean and simple dishes with excellent technique. We loved it!

Un menú con buena relación precio calidad y una carta Excelente. Productos de muy buena calidad y muy bien elaborados a un precio razonable: habones, caldo, carne, setas, y tarta o brazo de gitano... Buen servicio y gran aparcamiento.
