This was the first restaurant we went to in Vitoria and it proved to be the perfect start. We had chorizo which was the best i have ever tasted this was followed with octopus and for our main we had beef called Chuleton which was absolutely devine and cooked perfect. Beware the portion sizes are massive

15 euros set menu was excellent- plenty of choice, efficient service. I really enjoyed the beef with the fruity sauce. Excellent. Although the menu is not in English the waitress does speak. Restaurant strategically situated in the heart of The Vitoria Medieval. Its quality cuisine-specialising in grilled meats and fish, as well as seasonal produce. It has a terrace in an incomparable setting.
This restaurant is slightly off the main streets, but nice and peaceful as a result. Service wasn't great, but it was busy and only 2 girls on to start with, one didn't speak English, we didn't speak Catalan either but we got by! Starters seemed very expensive for what they were, so we skipped and went for sirloin steak. It definitely wasn't the equivalent of a UK steak - all for the better! I would have sworn it was a very generous, tender fillet. Came with 'a few' fries. We asked for vegetables and these were either tinned or pickled - probably a reflection of the region, but fresh veg or salad would have been much nicer. Overall good, but not brilliant. I will try other places in Vitoria before going back.

Very good and varied menu, with a lot of vegetables from own and surrounding gardens. Lamb and young pork "cochinillo" were great, same for fish and meat dishes. House desserts are great. List of wines is long and at low to reasonable prices. All supported by a great and friendly service. A great restaurant option when visiting LaGuardiaThank you very much for choosing Villa-LucÃa to realize your lunch. Since 1959 we have selected every single product that our environment provides to us. We have also neared seafood to the city of Vitoria-Gasteiz. This is my parents cuisine, my grandmothes' one... We are a traditional restaurant that functions with produc
It is an excellent choice for people wanting to enjoy great sea-food, fish or meat. It is not a fancy, sophisticated restaurant, but certainly one of the places in Vitoria where you will enjoy the food the most. The sea-food is super-fresh and with a huge variety to chose from. The fish is exceptional, I would recommend "besugo" (sea bream). It as been run by the same family for about 50 years. They know their business and they handle it really well. The service is friendly and efficient. To top it all the prices are very reasonable. We really appreciate your opinion. Hope you visit us soon.Thank you.

Well... we had a few hours for lunch in between winery visits. Reading the TA reviews, we were not inspired to have lunch in Haro. So, we found this small town about ten minutes outside of Haro called Bastida/La Bastida on a map. The TA reviews were mostly fantastic and mostly in Spanish. It was clear within a few minutes that we had made a great choice. This was good home cooking at it's finest... literally, momma was in the back cooking while junior was running around the front of the house serving guests. This is a real off the beaten path kinda of place for foreigners. You won't be dissapointed if you like a little adventure and I hope you find this review as searching for a good place in or around Haro won't easily get you here.Thank you very much
