The prime rib was rare as ordered and delicious. Lobster was perfectly done. Baked potato was huge and flaky. Bread very tasty. Cheesecake was some of the best we have eaten. Portions generous.Our server was Jason, who took excellent care of us on this special occasion. This was our first visit to The Chop House and we are looking forward to eating there again.Highly highly recommend.Thank you for your compliments on our menu and waitstaff, as well as your recommendation! Knoxville has needed a restaurant like this forever. Great service, great bar, truly inspired food. There is no place like this for hundreds of miles. Trio of fettine, expertly made, was the star of the meal. I love how you can get an entire appetizer or one piece for a pro-rated price.

They have a very good selection and most is quite delicious. The salad bar could be more extensive but the quality is high. Wine is reasonably priced and the servers are nice. Overall, a good experience. Oh, and desserts are delicious but it's hard to save room...
