My son suggested Michael Johnâs and we were not disappointed. Both the food and service were excellent. I had the duck, tender and succulent. My wife had the crab stuffed flounder and declared it delicious. My son had the 12 oz. ribeye and it must have been good since he cleaned his plate. My grandson had the shrimp scampi and ate it all. Along with escargot and salads, the meal was uniformly delicious. With wine, drinks, tax and tip our bill was $300. I wouldnât like to spend that much for dinner every night, but it was worth it.

I was notified via email that I had earned a 'Dine Reward' for eating at this Outback. HOWEVER, I did NOT EAT at this Outback Steakhouse nor any other qualifying restaurant on the date the email stated. I called the main number on the email and the rep was able to trace my phone number to the ticket number of the order. That is all she could tell me, other than to call the restaurant and give the ticket number to the manager to trace for more information. I called the restaurant and the manager was able to locate the ticket number and tell me what the patrons ate, yet because they paid in cash, there was no credit card information with their name(s). The manager informed me the server had left for the evening, but she was scheduled to work the next day (which would have been yesterday). She said she would talk to the server abou this ticket and get back to me. I never received a call back.Hello,We would like to look into this to help put you at ease. Texas Roadhouse is one of the best steakhouse chains around. The staff are all friendly and willing to accommodate all the time. Our waitress Jalisa was the BOMB!! She suggested stuff I didn't know I could do and she read my mind!! I order the chicken fried steak and was going to get the brown gray this time but she suggested both the white & brown gravy on the side. And when she came back to see what else we needed before I cpuld get the words out she said "more brown sugar" for my sweet potato.....WOW!!!It was extremely busy at 530pm nut we were seated right away, greated and waited on promptly. The food came out fast and hot. The early bird specials make it even better. Lots to pick from with 2 sides and these are regular size portions too. The manager stopped by and was very nice as well. Everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs. So nice to see this. The drinks were ice cold and the beers are a BIG 22oz frosty mug. Can not go wrong with any of the food here. Even if its after the early bird is over (6pm) the regular prices on the menu are exceptional.
