The shrimp coctail was simply delicious....cold...fresh and sauce perfect. The food was so good we send a message to the chef( rarity) to tell him the steak we ordered was seasoned to perfection and we didnt need the bernaise sauce we ordered. The potato and creamed spinach servings were so large we took some home. The cocktails were perfect ...the coffee was barrista quality... cheese cake unique .The experience was very special. Itâs pretty rare that my husband I are in complete agreement that our dinner out was a complete success . It started with a great table in the front of the restaurant. Entertaining with great ambiance but private at the same time. Our waiter Jeff was attentive and provided perfect service. I asked for a special cocktail that I love and the bar made it perfectly. My husbands NY steak was delicious as was my Stone Crab. Canât wait to return. Donât forget to make a reservation!

You will want to dress up a bit to fully enjoy this experience, prepare for excellent service and and a very unique menu. Our group of four chose varying dishes from the table made Cesar for two, mussels, prawns, mushroom pasta, and rare cooked beef. And for the raw meat gourmet, they do offer beef tartar. Prepare to be surprised not only by the food but also by the extensive wine and drink options.

We traveled back to Arizona in September, and celebrated another anniversary here.Steak 44 is truly in a class of it's own, this is a restaurant that makes you feel like you are somewhere special from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere is elegant, but not stuffy. The food quality and preparation are both superb, and definitely one of the best steaks we have ever had. The shrimp they offer as appetizers are fantastic. They are seriously colossal and quite tasty, as are the accompaniments that they serve them with. You do get what you pay for, and this is a wonderful place to celebrate a very special night out.

When we checked in to the hotel earlier today I asked about a reservation for dinner at J & G. I was told I didnât need one. My wife and I arrived at 7:30pm at the restaurant and they told us they were completely booked and could not accommodate us at a table. So we were offered seats at the bar which had 4 people at it. The restaurant was only 30 percent full. As we are leaving at 9:15 it is maybe 10 percent full. Absolutely disappointed. Our meal was fine and the bar tender was a nice guy but a very lousy experience for hotel guests. We were hoping for a great experience and while we enjoyed ourselves we were very disappointed. Meanwhile we are Marriott loyalists!

We travel to Scottsdale frequently and always plan a dinner at Mastroâs City Hall. The wait staff is exceptional as well as the food. The menu offers you seafood, steaks and many main course choices. Our steaks were perfectly prepared and the beef has an incredible taste. We all committed that the size and quality of the steaks exceeded the taste and tenderness of the upscale national steakhouse restaurants. You must save room for their signature warm butter cake.

Nice steakhouse. The night I was there it was a little warm in the restaurant, and the lighting was brighter than I like. It was an early crowd, the restaurant started to empty out before we left. Steak was good. Service was good. Decor was average. I would return.

So disappointed. As a first time visitor Iâd heard about this restaurant and looked forward to a meal there. A group of us attended a presentation, hosted at this restaurant. We were served tuna as an appetizer, plus lackluster bread and insipid whipped butter. Drink orders were taken and then dinner orders; I ordered salmon. An hour later, the presenter informed us that the wait staff was adamant that their (precious) pens were to be returned. Who knew that Bic pens were so popular? Finally, salad was served. It was large by Arizona standards, but rather uninspired. I had to ask three times for a drink refill. Everyone who ordered steak (this is after all a steak house) got their meal. Where was the salmon I ordered? They hadnât cooked it. I was told it would take 12-14 minutes to cook. So I waited, waited. Everyone was asking for to-go boxes and my plate had just arrived, all 500 degrees of it. But where was my steak knife? I did try the mashed potatoes: they tasted boxed. I didnât dare try the creamed spinach. On a happier note, the salmon filet was generous, if somewhat heavily seasoned, served on a bed of raw spinach with a lemon wedge. The dessert, cheesecake, was sadly unremarkable. The wait between courses was excessive. Have they never served a group of 20 before? For what each meal here cost, this is unacceptable, and is clearly indicative of poor management. We are sorry you are disappointed with your experience. Please rest assured that in this Ruth's Chris, as well as all others, our intention is to provide the highest and finest quality with regard to both food and service, not to mention hospitality - much like Ruth would have done herself. Please email us directly at [email protected] with your contact information, including a phone number, so that we can further address your concerns. We hope you will give us another chance to make this right. Thank you!
