We started with the calamari with cherry peppers. Absolutely delicious! We then had the $20 lunch special. She had corn bisque soup and the filet sliders with truffle fries. I had the garden salad with champagne dressing and the slider filets with the truffle fries. Delicious!!! Our waiter Keith was outstanding and made our dining experience wonderful.

First, if I'm going to have a decent dinner in a slightly above average restaurant don't allow other patrons to yell and joke over each other and interrupt other people's dinner. And in finer eating establishments GENTLEMEN are reminder to take OFF their hats inside. I know that manners are quickly deteriorating but that does not mean that your restaurant needs to accept this behavior. Second, the meats were very salty. I know sometimes that is done to keep moisture in but it can also keep patrons out.

We were in PB for a four day golf trip, and had dinner at 111 Forks on Saturday night. We arrived a little early for our reservation, and went to the bar. We waited 1/2 hour, and then inquired about our table. We were told it would be a little while, and maybe we should order at the bar. We were getting ready to do that, and not too happy, when the manager came up, apologized and then bought our drinks. He personally organized a table, and then gave us some incredible appetizers on the house. So, I have to say the service was nothing short of great, and the food was excellent. You could not ask for a better level of service than 111 Forks. Will definitely come back and would highly recommend.Thank you for this fantastic review! I apologize for the wait, but I am glad we were able to turn the evening around and make up for running behind Saturday evening. We look forward to seeing you back next time you are in PB.

Great food great service and a great location. A thoroughly enjoyable evening with fantastic food to taste. Spending the entire week here and this was our first evening meal, hopefully it can only get better. This is a great location to visit anytime if the day:year.

We started with a blooming onion followed by 2 filet dinners. There were very good as was the sides of mashed potatoes and fries. The chhesecake was also very goodWe ordered a Pinot noir to accompany our meals.Santana provide excellent service. A nice evening by all.
