A modern restaurant in the centre of Oldham, serving a wide selection of great value meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. Near to all local attractions including the Theatres and The Town Hall Cinema Complex.
Booked after reading the review on Trip Advisor, we were welcomed and given our choice of the available tables. Waiter was warm & friendly and immediately took our drinks order. We were given plenty of time to order and both chose different steaks, food arrived quickly and everything was cooked perfectly. My filet steak was lovely and my partner's T Bone steak was massive and was off the specials board so came with prawns and a nice garlic sauce. We decided to share a desert and it was a good job we did, the portion was massive and the two of us struggled to clear the plate. Both our waiter and hostess really looked after us and even got us a taxi. Will return for sure and next time will have a drink at the bar. A great find !!!!

Situated in the village of Heyside, The Bulls Head is one of the oldest buildings in the village and has been there for generations. Since taking over the pub the team have tastefully refurbished the building turning it into a comfortable, light airy spac
Went to the Bulls Head on the basis of their background of a Manchester restaurant, and the recent good reviews. This review is for the benefit of the management, and I hope it is accepted as constructive criticism. We sat at our table, and waited for sometime before we were approached for our order. I had decided to have the Pork pie to start, but was told that 'we don't have that'. OK; I ordered something else. My partner ordered 'Warmed sourdough bread with horseradish and pinkpeppercorn butter, parsley butter and sea salted butter'. There was a considerable wait for our starters to arrive, It was a wet Thursday early evening, and the venue was not busy. Our food eventually arrived. The bread arrived with six foil wrapped packets of ordinary Litchfields butter, as opposed to the butters as described above. We didn't have any cutlery. We were not offered any cutlery. After asking, it arrived. We didn't have a napkin, we were not offered a napkin. Our starters were finished, and cleared, apart from our used knives and forks. Mains arrived in good time, no further cutlery brought, so we just used the dirty cutlery from the starters. Still no napkin. The food was average at best. The staff were very personable, but obviously lacked in their skills regarding service. The venue needs to substantially 'up its game' if it plans to succeed.Hi there thank you for message, I would like to apologise about your experience. The menu that you were give was an old menu and we no longer have those dishes on the menu. I am now going through staff training with the team and putting your comment to great use.
