We had a family dinner, with two small ones, six in all. The wait staff could not have been more attentive or helpful. We were not rushed, drinks were refilled, and when one of the steaks was medium well, rather than medium rare, it was quickly removed, and a properly cooked one brought to the table.Alas, the food was not up to the service. The prime rib was dry and tough. As I said above, one of the steaks was not cooked properly. After we all were back in our hotel and compared notes, none of us were happy with the food. I might add, none of us, save the two year old are very picky.We're sorry to hear this, Rob. Please give us a call at 1-844-6LOGANS, so we can follow up with your concerns. Thanks.

Stopped in while in town with family for dinner. Wasnât crowed. We were seated right away. Waited 15+ minutes to be acknowledged. Our server was pleasant, finally took our drink order. Again, we waited. We immediately ordered our food upon her return. Everything arrived as expected and was good. Ordered more drinks. The blood orange Rita was yummy. We were done eating. Wanted our check. Still waitress was MIA. Finally she surfaces, we ask for check. At this point still no drinks. We settle check, then here she comes with drinks. Annoying. Frustrating, and no reason for that level of service, in a restaurant, especially at a time that was hardly busy.

This is the second time I have eaten here. The soup, salad, dessert bar is average. It should be a quick meal especially if one orders the salad bar only. Instead, I spent an hour here. The service was HORRIBLE. I had to wait 15 minutes or more to place my order. I should have just gotten up and gone to the salad bar. Then I waited another 20 minutes or so to get my check. I finally went to the kitchen and found the manager to get it. And the manager thought he was doing me a favor by taking 20% off my meal - it amounted to $1.50. Oh, well.... probably won't go back.We apologize for the service you received. It is our custom to take 20% off your bill even if there was not a problem with your actual food. We strive to have great customer service and all our diners happy, please know, this is not the norm for our servers. We hope you will come back to give us another try.

Good meal!! I had Seafood Combo hibachi, husband had Filet Mingon and scallops. Both very tasty. They even made my meal without mushrooms, due to an allergy, and didn't make me uncomfortable about it at all. Chef was friendly and gave a good performance. Definitely plan to return in the future.
