We were driving through and stopped here for dinner. G thought his steak was OK. I had ribs and they were nice and tender. I wasn't all that excited about the sauce, but that's just personal preference; I kind of prefer it a touch sweeter. My only real complaint was that the Caesar salad was drowning in dressing, way too much for me. Good waitress.

This restaurant has been around for a very long time and still has an old style type setup and décor inside. We heard this was the place for great steaks so we both ordered large filets. They serve a 12oz filet which is larger than most restaurants, but the price is reasonable ( $34 ) The steaks were prepared perfectly and were delicious. We had sides of roasted vegetables, creamed spinach and twice baked potatoes all of which were only average. The service was outstanding and if you are into really good steaks, you should check this place out.

Even on a busy night, service was friendly and efficient. Portions are large so could be split between two people. The steak and chicken dish was good ( but not great). The ginger sauce was very good. As was the included strawberry cheesecake ice cream.
