This year our 4th time to stay in this hotel. Porterhouse has a very good dine around menu with portions which are not too big. Service is excellent, if you arrive before 8 you still enjoy the happy hour. My Husband and I dined at Shooters 4 times during our recent 16 night stay at the JA Palm Tree Court Hotel, and, as on so many previous occasions , the food was superb, the service was friendly and attentive, and the whole meal experience was memorable.We particularly like the Beef Tenderloin, and the Lamb Chops are delicious too. We sometimes shared a dessert, being so stuffed with excellent main courses that we couldnât manage a full portion each, and the servers were happy to accommodate our requests... Once again, we are very happy to recommend Shooters... itâs wonderful...

Been coming numerous times to the restaurant and they just started up with their brunch again but now with a new menu. Can highly recommend, the quality of the food and service was great. Our waiter Valentin took great care of us and we had a wonderful day.

Staying at Anantara the Palm, you can chose to eat here and receive a choice of three courses within the half board budget or by adding a few extra AED you can go full al laCarte. I had a starter Caesar salad, and then a half chicken and chips. As I said, all very plain...my partner started with king prawn halves, makes 2 1/2 prawns look a lot more than they are and then she had fish. Again very little taste. Did mention the red chicken and was accosted by the manager and the head chef.. all very intimidating. Also if all about meat, should have ribs on the menu. I mean who the hell wants to eat kangaroo? It is a large rodent! We recently stayed in the grosvenor house hotel and visited this restaurant twice it was so good!!Professional friendly waiters who explained each aspect of the menu in detail... Their passion was clearly evident!!We both ate from the half board menu and it was amazing!!!... The chicken was so tender and portion size just right.... We both loved the amuse bouche of white tomato soup immensely.On our second visit we spoke with the manager who again was so enthusiastic and passionate about the restaurant it was a great experience.We can't wait to come back and tha k you for everything! We visited with two friends and all had the Frevo experience entitling us to all of the meats and the buffet. Good choice of tasty things on the buffet and some excellent meats also. Service was very good and all of the staff working were so friendly and attentive. We will return on our next trip to Dubai!
