Texas de Brazil is a Brazilian steakhouse, or churrascaria, that features endless servings of ï¬ame-grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and Brazilian sausage as well as an extravagant salad area with a wide array of seasonal chef-crafted items.
This restaurant is very loud and crowded so try to sit in the very back if you can. Our large party was seated back there and it was tolerable re: noise. We did have to weave our way to the extensive salad bar. It's really not a salad bar and I'll tell you why. At this restaurant, you go to this bar and get side dishes and salad. Then you sit back down and servers will bring all sorts of meats on skewers and cut off a fresh slice right there at your seat. They do regular meat and meat cooked with no salt (which I didn't know was a thing). I had filet medium rare and it was great. The mashed potatoes, sauteed mushrooms, and fried bananas (in sugar and cinnamon) were delicious. There was beef, chicken, lamb, pork and probably more I missed. You an eat as long as you wish. We were a table of 13 and everyone was well cared for and left with satisfied appetites.

Brazil Express Grill is the only casual Brazilian Steakhouse in Illinois, and what that means is that we are a traditional Brazilian Steakhouse but we offer more affordable prices. We feature unlimited meals including: Gourmet salad bar with over 45 hot a
I've been to Brazil Express several times, it never fails to delight me. It isn't as expansive as its competitors but, this is exactly what I appreciate about it. It's comfortable, it's relaxed, and yet it is DELICIOUS with excellent service. This is a high quality, neighborhood steakhouse. It's friendly, it's fast, it's delicious. Best of all, it's not expensive. Its reasonably priced, and not nearly as expensive as its competitors. It doesn't have lamb, but it has a whole lot to offer. I recommend this place to everyone I meet from this area, simply because of the above reasons. It may not be big, but boy, oh boy, you won't regret coming here.We couldn't be happier with your feedback. We appreciate the way you describe the restaurant because what you say translates all that we want to be: a relaxed, neighborhood Brazilian steakhouse that serves fresh and delicious food for a more reasonable price, so people can have the opportunity to taste Brazilian food more often. Thank you very much and we hope to see you soon!

My wife and I came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had top notch service given by Erick A. Erick recommended some apps and food selections, Erick did a great job. My wife enjoyed the Scallops and I had the Halibut - Both dinners were excellent. Great Place to check out if you want a quick bite or there for dinner.

For our Christmas get together I suggested to my friends we go here for lunch. I have been at Jimmyâs many times for lunch and dinner including last year for New Yearâs dinner so was confident in recommending it. We were going for an early lunch and arrived about 11:15am. We were literally the second table seated in the restaurant and there were 5 of us. We ordered no problem and one of us had a Caesar salad with shrimp and the dressing on the side, and my niece asked for her hamburger with no bun she would use lettuce as the wrap as she needs to dine gluten free.As the restaurant filled up, we noticed several other tables receiving their orders. They were eating and we had no food. Finally our lunch arrived. While mine and 2 others in our party were fine and delicious, the remaining members of our party were not. The salad had dressing (a lot) on it and when we told our waitress she said she would replace but warned it would take some time to redo the salad - the cold salad. It was still sent back. The burger without the bun came with only 1 piece of lettuce. This was the one she specified she would use the lettuce as the wrap. We finally got the lettuce. Our waitress while nice seemed very disorganized. She also seemed to constantly forget us and take care of the other customers who came in after us first. Granted we were not on a lunch hour but donât just plop down soup and bread and forget us. Especially when 2 at our table have meals that were not correct. All in all not the Christmas luncheon experience we were looking for.
I usually don't eat with a few exceptions in hotel restaurants. I find them to be consistently mediocre to slightly above mediocre.Seared was promised to be very good -it was billed as fine dining However it wasn't actually fine dining just pricey dining.Don't get me wrong the food wasn't bad except my vegetable was bitter, the soup salty and the steak somewhat bland. The service was friendly and attentive though.I would rate it as three out of five stars.Perhaps because it is a newer restaurant it needs to settle in.
