We have been regular visitors to the Café Minor over the years and on a recent visit to Yalikavak we ate at the Café Minor several times during the week both at lunchtime and in the evening. We were always made to feel welcome and the food and service were always good. We particularly enjoyed the theme evening where we got the chance to taste some traditional dishes that arenât usually served in Turkish restaurants. Last night went to Cukale Restaurant in Upper Geris and we were really surprised. Always on the look out for quality, this is a hidden and almost secret gem just around the corner from the Yalikavak Marina. Amazing 70 km Aegean sea views but most important, great food. The chef was from one of the most famous meat restaurants in Bodrum and his cooking is spot on. Quite a surprise and everything is a delight for the eyes. Highly recommended.

I was reccomended to visit razaki bahce by some friends who had a wonderful experience. I visited for breakfast with my family on a busy Sunday morning. We ordered the serpme breakfasts and we weren't disappointed. We were served a selection of fresh olives, home made jams, honey, cucumber, tomato and peppers. A mixed aubergine salad, an array of cheeses, fresh bread and tea. We were asked how we would like our eggs cooked and were given the choice of scrambled with onions, peppers and chilli's, scrambled on its own, fried with salami or fried alone. We sat in the peaceful garden and enjoyed the sunshine, the service at razaki bahce was fantastic, we couldn't fault it. Our breakfast was very filling and we would definitely go again. We made a reservation for dinner a few nights later. We were delighted to have a table full of mezze, pastry stuffed with aubergine, cheese pastry, olives, mixed salads, home made yoghurt, and a mix of special mezze dishes from that day along with tasty grilled meet. Betul and inci are very friendly owners and very welcoming, always smiling and will cook special meals at your request. Razaki bahce is in ortakant, just 20 minutes from bodrum. Everything you'll eat at razaki bahce is hand made or from the local surrounding villages (olives /cheese)

We had lunch with shepherdâs salad, potatoes skins and chicken casserole. All dishes were well prepared, large size and taste absolutely amazing. Staff is very kind and professional, speaking good English. Highly recommended if you visit Yalıkavak. We ate at Salt Kitchen 6 evenings out of the 14 nights we were in Turgutreis. We couldnât fault the food, surroundings or the service by Sehmus and his team and of course the most beautiful sunsets anyone can imagine. You can have a meal before going into Turgutreis for the evening or just while away the hours there. Definitely 5 stars - if there was 6 it would be that! Canât wait for next year.
