At Miller & Carter we know a thing or two about steak. In fact, we could say that we're one of the best steakhouses in Glasgow. But we'd rather leave that to your judgement. Because once you've tasted our hand-cut, 30-day aged Scotch beef you'll soon appr
Ended up here because other places busy and heard good reviews. Had a very nice table and excellent service. However the lamb was a bit tough although the veg and potatoes were great. Spare ribs were fine if a bit basic. Not sure it lives up to they hype. Thanks for the review and apologies that your visit did not live up to the hype you speak of! We are a steakhouse and we are consistently working on our non-steak dishes to make sure they are of the same high quality of our steaks, Iâll pass the feedback onto the team and hopefully if you try us again youâll enjoy one of our 13 different cuts of steak on our menu.Kind regardsBob and the team.

Our number one goal is to provide quality food in an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming. Quality Scottish Beef and Lamb will be brought to you direct from the heart of the Highlands. Minimum 10 week dry aged beef from a natural environment famed for it
Went for dinner last night and the food was fantastic. We started with some warm bread to share then I had the ribeye (with chips and none marrow jus) and my wife had the filet mignon (with garlic butter and rosemary and garlic potatoes). Wine was an Argentinian Malbec. Both steaks were cooked to perfection and were so tender. They melted in the mouth and for me the jus added so much to the flavour. The restaurant was quiet with only one other couple but it was a Sunday night. Service was excellent and for the quality of food I thought the bill (circa £100 with tip) was reasonable

A burger each and a loaded chips between two was masses of food but rather good and fairly priced. Service was casual, friendly and fast. What you want from a burger bar really. Good vegan options which looked pretty tasty and according to our friend were pretty tasty.

Chic city centre bar and kitchen A much loved veteran of the Bath Street party circuit, Saint Judes had a major refurbishment in the summer of 2015. Now featuring a bright, colourful bar and dining room, it is a lively spot for lunch or afternoon grazing
2 Excellent burgers and chips with sides, and potato scone nachos were lovely. One of the best burgers in town however pretty pricey and service was slow even though we were sitting beside the bar. 3 1/2 out of 5

We decided to eat at the hotel after a long day of touring. We did not have reservations but were quickly seated. The restaurant is large but with sectioned off areas that made it feel intimate. Lighting was subtle and relaxing. Our dinner was delicious and the service was attentive.
