We went there and were completely satisfied. My wife had avocado filled with shrimps, ananas as starter and fish in a fantastic sauce with canary potatos and as dessert a creme caramel. And i had fried cheese with marmelade as starter and first time in my life goat. The goat had a fantastic sauce and was really delicious. With the goat i ordered the canary potatos. As dessert i had the chocolate cake. I can fully recommend this restaurant. Friendly, authentic, no convenience food. The sauces were homemade and view was very nice as well. Go there to eat honest canary kitchen!! The prices are absolutely fair!

If you would like to visit a canarian restaurant that is a little bit different. Then this is the place. As the name indicated, 7 Islas, 7 Islands, there are little individual huts that you can eat in.all named after the Islands. We ate in Tenerife, the largest of the islands as there were 10 of us. A good mixed menu, but we went a bit to late on a Sunday and it was packed, so they had run out of a few things for the grill. Nevertheless, food was great as was the wine. Well worth a visit.

Our first night in Tenerife and we had been travelling all day so we needed good food fast. Our accommodation owner highly recommended this restaurant but warned us not to try and get in on a Sunday - later we found he was right, it was packed, people come from all over! That Friday night it is was dead, though we were there very early and it was only getting busy when we were leaving. The staff were very friendly and though I don't think they spoke much English they did have their menu in English and German as well as Spanish.Going again on recommendation we had warm garlic bread and warm chorizo paste bread - they were so delicious. We followed this with half a chicken each which had been cooked in a wood burning oven; it was slightly charred, smelled amazing and was so tasty, it was accompanied with chips.I had water with my meal, my husband had two beers and we ended it all with a coffee each. It only cost 20 Euros. For excellent simple food done right in a homely (though mixed and dated) atmosphere with many people coming in to use the bar and laugh together - you can not go wrong. (Closes early on Thursdays)

Great food and cakes here. Will go again. Second visit in a week since discovering this restaurant on Sunday. Love the terrace where we sat out in the tree canopy

Typical Canarian food, speciality: excellent fresh grilled meets.
Every time I visit Tenerife I dine in this restaurant on multiple occasions.mainly this is a fresh meat restaurant with a large selection of meats on display as you walk in and also serves local dishes like potage ,garvanzos, carne fiesta, all very reasonable price very good quality and perfect portions .Even on very busy night the service and food is as perfect as a night when it is quite always very consistent like that. The owner who is also the chef is a professional butcher and chooses only the best meats .Staff are all very attentive and welcoming .To give an example 2 x starter - large portion of grill cheese with local mojo and a dish of garvanzos.2 x mains - steak in breadcrumbs with chips and salad and half chicken with chips and salad .3x soft drinks 1x glass wine 1 x dessert All less than â¬30 approx £25 so very good valueHighly recommend El Frenazo. As always I will return every time I visit Tenerife .

The restaurant is located at the mountain road from Masca to Buanavista. Except two or three other restaurants, offers the excellent meal for tourist and locals. For the meat lovers there are many kinds of beef, local origin or imported from Argentina or Uruguay. The typical starters, like fried cheese, green pepers or local sausage are tasty and not expensive.Very good waiters service, speaking English or German. Good choice of wines and cozy atmosphere.
