Independently owned and managed. Inspired by the family's black Angus beef farm. Freestanding building with plenty of free parking.
We started coming here early (â17) on and this restaurant has really evolved! The owners put their all into this place with ambiance certainly but also their personal connection of farm to table, locally sourced foods as well. The last 2 business dinners knocked it out of the park with presentation, preparation and service! Our guests seem to always be first timers and have been impressed as well.More than a steakhouse with interesting culinary influences and the standards too.Shrimp cocktail was outstanding and mushroom app was beautiful and delicious!High marks for lamb, scallops, sirloin and riggisAmbitious menu but not too overwhelming although tough to choose between.Service for us has been very attentive and timely. The owner seems to always be there to insure.A treasure of a place we always try to get to when in town.

We started lunch with a variety of different orders... sashimi, the udon soup, udon noodles with chicken and a katsu box. All were wonderful. Loved the fried rice, too. Nice fresh sashimi was a great starter. Udon noodles were flavorful and just the right consistency. And the wait staff was perfect. Lovely experience. We'll be back soon.

Nothing special to highlight. Modest dishes, modest wines but good service. Not a real house of steaks. Avoid brown mashed potatoes. Poor desserts.

When this place first opened the lines were ridiculous. We tried three times but decided it wasnât worth waiting an hour for. This time there was no line. First the positive, the food was good especially for a buffet. My husband thought all the meats he had were tasty and cooked the way he likes it. I enjoyed almost everything I had. My favorites being the salad bar and fresh fruit. The food was well stocked and the area appeared clean. Now the negative, I thought the price was too high. On top of the high price they charge for drinks. Eventually the novelty of this opening will run dry, especially at those prices. Fun once but once is enough if you have kids. We ordered chocolate milk only to find out they were out. As we looked for a seat it was challenging to find a clean booth. Next our server...or lack of. We waited a long time for anyone to come over and give us anything to drink. It wasnât that busy at 8:00 pm. She didnât take our dirty dishes as they piled up. She spent a lot of time chatting with her friends and standing around. No refills, with âserviceâ like that the business will slow to a crawl in the near future. I saw what I thought was a manager who walked right by not saying anything to the customers. A simple smile and âhow is your foodâ would be nice. Walked right down the isle looking straight ahead. A little advice if I may...if you want repeat customers you need to offer more than good food. Bad service is often what destroys a business. When you're disappointed, we're disappointed. Thank you for your suggestion on how we can improve -- we're listening! Come back soon and give us a chance to impress you!
