We saw this restaurant on our way to our hotel, and decided to return for dinner. I'm glad we did. The food and service were both excellent. This is not a fine dining steakhouse, but it is definitely one of the best of its type.

We had a late dinner here on our way to Nashville. Our meal was good and serviced quickly. Our rolls were warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. My only compliant was the staff and their state of unhappiness. The wait staff was complaining to the host about too many tables. There was some girl sweeping and talking on her phone. There seemed like there was a complete lack of respect for their coworkers and for the customers. The rolls and my steak would be the only reason I would return. Hi, Teresa. My family, and I for as many times we have eaten at the Ponderosa Steakhouse in Dickson have always been satisfied with your meal.The waitresses are always about and asking if your food is ok. If you have a problem with something it will be corrected.I fell it's a great place to gather and have a meal. The waitresses are always attentive to your needs and if it ain't right it will be.

Concept is good- all you can eat shrimp plus add on all you can eat crab legs. Execution is a fail, though. Could have been a charming restaurant, but soggy crab, long wait times, and poor lighting ruined the experience. Shrimp comes in a variety of flavors, but was over cooked and dry. Floors are carpet, so messy crab smells linger. Had to get paper towels from the bathroom since we were given only one napkin each. Donât waste your time or money. Family of 4- bill was over $100 but meal was worth about $40.
