This place is a little away from the main drag and coupled with the modern neutral decor it is for us lacking in atmosphere. It is nice, clean, staff are very pleasant if a little too attentive when the restaurant is not busy early on, which consequently meant that someone was constantly hovering around which we donât like.The food was o.k but nothing special and pricey. We have found better restaurants with character, atmosphere and I hate to say it, tastier food at a more reasonable price but we were prepared to pay for good food, we just walked away a little underwhelmed. We are whisked to our table, past the glass refrigeration area where rows of beef are aged for 28days, past the open kitchen, the air is redolent of medallions and strips of precious steaks grilled over a charcoal fire, the sense of anticipation intensifies into a ravenous hunger. The decor is in charcoal, brown and white within a double volume space. We are on the ground level. The vibe is warehouse meets contemporary interior design. Our service staff for the evening is a charming pretty girl who is efficient and well versed. Could one ask for more ?The 900gm USDA ribeye on bone arrived then. It came with a perfectly caramelized crust and medium doneness within; juicy and tender. It didnât need any extra seasoning for it was perfectly salted with their own seasoning mix of spice, pepper and salt. We had also the garlic mash, mushrooms & salad. Everything was just perfect.
