Definitely not worth the wait even with reservations. Ambience is nice and quite rustic. Very appealing for a steakhouse. Service was friendly but very slow and disjointed. All meals finally delivered but they only gave my grandson his fries and said his chicken strips would be awhile. He was served 10 minutes after everyone else. I found my ribeye to be tough but the char was nice. Daughter-in-law ordered well done (no my idea of good prep but it is for her). It first came out medium rare. Second attempt a solid medium. The third attempt (we were done eating by now it was burnt and inedible. Guess we pissed off the chef. In short not an enjoyable experience. Next time I stay home and fire up the grill. Quite pricy for mediocre quality food.

We went there on a Thursday night around 5. Luckily we were seated quickly because by the time we left people were backed out the door. The hot biscuits and honey butter were delicious and the food was good. Husband had a steak and I had prime rib. The aus ju was horrible with absolutely no flavor to it. Meat was good as was the meal in general for the money but for two senior citizens the noise level was deafening. Fun to watch all the servers do a line dance. Lively place for families. Decent prices.

We started with the BLUE CHEESE PECAN CHOPPED SALAD, it is a Chopped style mixed greens with shredded carrots, red cabbage, green onions, cinnamon pecans and Aussie Crunch all tossed with Blue Cheese vinaigrette and topped with Blue Cheese crumbles. (It has an extra charge, worth it) We both had the OUTBACK CENTER-CUT SIRLOIN*, it is a Center-cut for tenderness. Lean, hearty and full of flavor. Seasoned and seared. It was cooked to order. The SWEET POTATO, is a Baked sweet potato topped with honey butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. The BAKED POTATO, is a Baked potato rolled in kosher salt available with butter, mixed cheese, chives, sour cream and bacon bits. We were too full for dessert.
