Enjoy a great gourmet burger on this small startup 1 block away from "El Prado" while you listen to clasic rock.Hamburgers are think, juicy, and tasty with few different combinations depending on your taste. You can even get the "world tour" which will allow you to sample 3 small ones at the same time.Friendly staff and cheap for the quality of burgers you get. Dont miss it

The title of my review says it all. Bagu serves up some delicious steak! Our waiter was friendly and helpful. He helped us navigate the menu so we knew what cuts of meat we were ordering. The prices were incredible compared to what I would have spent in the US for a steak that large.

We found Churrasqueria El Arriero by chance when we got a bit lost and turned onto a quiet side street. It looked welcoming from the outside, so we decided to give it a try for dinner and also to celebrate 2 birthdays. The restaurant is large and spacious, nicely designed and decorated. Folk music from Bolivia's Chaco region (near the border with Argentina) was playing in the background. Our waiter Ricardo was very professional and helpful. The grill master, Jesus, recommended the "lomo" - a very tender cut of beef, and it came to our table grilled to absolute perfection. A good and varied salad bar (I particularly liked the toasted quinoa pilaf). We enjoyed a fine Chilean wine and some local draft beer with our meal. At the end of our meal, suddenly the Chaqueno music stopped and "Happy Birthday" came on the loudspeakers: we were brought slices of delicious homemade flan (with candles!) -- it was very kind of the manager to do this for us and we appreciated the gesture.Bolivian beef has the reputatiation of not being as tender as Argentine beef, but our Bolivian "lomo" was very tender and truly delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and look forward to returning again soon. Highly recommended.

A highly recommended restaurant in Cochabamba (when talking to locals). They serve a massive amount of meet when the waiters walk around and slice the meet straight on your plate. Good food, but not extraordinary sides to complete the meet dish

It specializes in serving grilled meats, where we accompany these with a variety of vegetables in buffet plus a variety of side dishes, you will find beef, fish, chicken and pork. We also have a nice space to share a group of friends with the family.
We had heard good things about Las Moras and were looking forward to trying the food, especially the salad bar. Things were off to good start, with relatively quick seating - the restaurant was crowded on a Sunday - and drink service. We ordered several fish and meat dishes and were instructed to visit the salad bar - which by Cochabamba standards is quite good and comprehensive, though sorely lacking a sneeze guard or some sort of protection. It was just wide open and it being flu season etc⦠Overall the food was fine but took 1 hour to arrive. (1 hour to bring a chorizo to my hungry boys?!!) And when it came, it was spicy, which they had neglected to tell us so men son wouldn't eat it anyway. I think we had a bit of bad luck that day, so we'll definitely be trying it again - however not when it's full on Sunday at lunchtime.

Kansas Grill & Bar is a new alternative in Cochabamba, we give our customers a great gastronomical experience, based on quality food, service and atmosphere.
Given the hype surrounding this "top" restaurant in Cochabamba, I expected a far more positive experience than what we received. Pluses included a pleasant, clean, modern atmosphere, good enough dessert, and OK service (at the beginning). The various negatives included: Severe over-cooking of an otherwise terrific piece of meat, a salad that had rotten/sprouting avocado and tasted like it had been in an airport food court refrigerator for two days, poorly made mixed drinks despite the "classy bar vibe", and sadness that the decent service seemed to disappear completely as soon as other tables started filling up. In short, over-priced and over-hyped in most regards. I'll wait a few months before going back in the hope that they improve the food issues. Thanks for letting us know your experience at the restaurant, we apologize for the inconvenients you had that day. We are working hard to improve our service and food, comments like yours help us to do that.We hope to see you again at the restaurant so you can give us a second opinion.Kind regards.

We had a delicious lunch today at La Estancia. It came highly recommended and did not disappoint. The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance and nicely decorated tables and stitched napkins with the restaurantâs name. We started out with the salad bar option, drinks, bread, and awaited the steaks! Deliciously prepared, good-sized portions (I took part of mine home) along with terrific service. Recommended!
