Sometimes it helps to say who you are not, before explaining who you are,...PLate is not a typical business venture. PLate is a fun and focused adventure built on deep friendships, a sense of family, and our proud community. âWe started with a 1900's farm
We visited on January 26, 2019 for brunch. There was only one other table occupied. The entire dining area had only one waitstaff. The music was quite loud for a breakfast/lunch atmosphere. The temperature in the room was drafty and cold.As for the food: My eggs benedict were of poor quality. The eggs were way overcooked! The saltiness of the ham overpowered the entire dish. The English muffin was hard and dry. The sauce had no characteristics of genuine Hollandaise; i.e. no notes of lemon juice or other seasonings. The creamy hash browns were not creamy at all. If you look at my picture you will see the dried out potatoes. I took one bite and no more of the hash browns. My wife's burger was very, very dry. It was also overseasoned and salty. The highlight of the meal was the great french fries. But that was only a side dish.We have no reason to return. Price for oevercooked eggs and dry hash browns with a cheeseburger and fries, two soft drinks, with tax, before tip: $35.38. Very pricey for food that was not even up to chain restaurant quality.
Well, I guess you have to begin with their homemade raspberry vodka. It's so good.... then you should sample several plates of their food with friends, they have so many wonderful dishes that is it really hard to have only one item, although I recommend the cabbage rolls. Their borsch is also great, their is really nothing there that we didn't love, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Their chicken is so tender, no knife is needed!

I would have to say that this place surprised me. For it to be next to the outlets, I did not have high expectations. If I ever go back to Minnesota, I would take the family and spend a LOT and would take food home as well. The chef is even awesome as well. He travels far both ways to work there, and the food was delicious. Thanks, Oliver! We are so glad that you enjoyed your dining experience with us. We always love to hear feedback from our guests!

We were a group of ten celebrating my granddaughters 18 birthday. Cold food, overcooked food, server not checking back, dishes not cleared from table prior to next course. Here's the best funniest quote from our 10 year old granddaughter. "I'll eat this terrible steak but I'll go home disappointed." It is the last $250 or any other amount I will ever spend at Outback. If I could give them -10 I would.

My husband, mom and I recently visited for my husbands birthday. Our server was fantastic! Very helpful, great suggestions and insight to both cocktails and menu. Mom had sea bass, hubby had the pork chop and I had the sea food pot. Everything was wonderful but the sea food pot was above my expectations!! It was served in a cast iron pot and had shrimp, sea bass, salmon, mussels and scallops nestled in a delicate but rich gingery creamy broth. It was very interactive and so delicious!! Dessert was on the house for hubbys birthday...a delicious banana chocolate ice cream concoction. We will be back, for sure!! Thank you for making our night amazing!!
