Last time I was in an Outback restaurant must have been like 10 years ago when attending a conference in Bethesda, Maryland. So When I found out that there was an Outback near our hotel, I told my colleague that we should try this - and especially the Bloomin' Onion for starters. Going here on the Sunday evening we arrived from Europe, we managed quite well to stay awake - a large, cold IPA from tap did help.We both decided to go for the Bloomin' Onion for startes and chicken breast with cheese, vegetables, and fries for main course.Service was quick and attentive, and managed to steer the arrival of the main course perfectly with us finishing the onion. My colleague and I was very satisfied with the Bloomin' onion as well with the chicken, which was succulent and very tender.Checkout with the tablet was smart and fast. All in all a great start arriving in the US.Strangely enough, the Outback website will not show in Denmark (error 451) and maybe in other countries as well - so if you want to know what's on the menu you have to be in the states - or in an Outback Steakhouse. I must admit it's the first time ever that a menu has been blocked for me of "legal reasons".Nevertheless - the food is still great.

Welcome to North Woods Inn of San Gabriel, La Mirada and Covina! Come for juicy steaks, fresh seafood, enormous salads and our signature cheese bread. Whether you are in the mood for a quiet dinner for two, want to bring the office for lunch, or celebrate
6 of us went to an early Easter Sunday dinner. We sat in the Bar. Our waiter had our drink order quickly and it all went downhill from there. The Salads were very good...the Bread was soggy. He didn't take our dishes off the table before bringing out our entrees. We had to get up and move our own dishes to another table. I ordered the Filet for $39.99 and the meat was tasty but came overcooked. My friend ordered the Halibut for $42.95 and it was so overcooked that she only ate half of it. The vegetables on all our plates were mushy. We were so excited to go here as years ago they had one in Belmont Shore that was wonderful. They really need to fix their food. I am sorry I tipped 20%...that was a mistake. This is my first 2 star review ever out of over 600 reviews.

We are truly happy to hear you love the variety of our salad bar, and that you had a great meal overall. We look forward to seeing you again soon at our Orangethorpe Avenue location. - Your Local Buena Park Sizzler Team
