We love the food here, but we've had very inconsistent experiences. Sometimes they bring bread. Sometimes there is no bread. Sometimes bread comes out with entrees. They are frequently out of things. The hostess is either standing there reading her phone rather than assisting the team, or people are leaving because there is no one there to greet them. One time our entrees took 40+ minutes because they burned the paella. Other times the paella is not cooked properly. BUT all this being said...when they are on their game, the food is truly delicious. Crave, please get your act together on hosting and service so we can continue loving our outings there. We don't want to see you fail as most restaurants in the Valley ultimately do.

The bar servers were very attentive and the price for Tito's martini's at $6 on Thursday was perfect. I've had many tapas and I find nothing special here, actually its fast food tapas. Hummus and celery? Eggplant rollotini was jar sauce. The cod/potato puff things were frozen and the mushroom risotto was unrecognizable. I had a good group of friends and drinks to make up for the food. Will not go back. Stomach bothered me all night from the little I ate. Got 2 stars due to the bar servers and drinks only. FOOD I wouldn't even give 1.

We tasted a variety of tapas and most were very good. The waiters were polite and efficient so the overall experience was quite positive.
